Last night, CULTURED’s Editor-in-Chief Sarah Harrelson and Another Tomorrow founder Vanessa Barboni Hallik gathered New York’s cultural vanguard for a soirée in Soho. The occasion? A double celebration: five years of redefining sustainable fashion and the grand opening of the brand’s first permanent flagship on Wooster Street.
While DJ Isabella Massenet set the tone with an upbeat soundtrack, guests mingled in the 2,000-square-foot space, a sleek embodiment of Another Tomorrow’s ethos, prizing sustainability and timeless design. Architect Anna Dyson, founder of the Yale Center for Ecosystems in Architecture, helped bring the vision to life with vintage furniture and one show-stopping element: a reimagined loom.
The undulating ceiling installation elegantly nods to the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship, with criss-crossing lines swooping down to hold Another Tomorrow's racks of elegant essentials suspended. The impeccably cut garments offered guests—such as stylists Lilly Sisto and Solange Franklin, culinary tastemakers Romilly Newman and Samah Dada, Chanel brow artist Jimena Garcia, artist and actor Gordon Winarick, documentary filmmaker Kristi Jacobsen, and curator Isolde Brielmaier—a tangible entry point into Another Tomorrow’s universe.
But this flagship isn’t just a place to shop—it’s a community hub set to host a dynamic lineup of programming. Thursday’s fête was just the opening act, with more to come throughout the year. As guests sipped wine and non-alcoholic Ghia apéritifs, it was clear: Another Tomorrow isn’t just predicting the future of fashion—it’s ushering it in. And if last night was any indication, it’s going to feel as good as it looks.
