Before Kim Petras took the stage, a VIP toast, jaw-dropping cash gift, and swirl of queer tastemakers brought the revelrous evening to life.

As LadyLand pulsed on Saturday night, a selection of New York’s queer creative class found itself looking out at the festival’s best view—and a particularly special reason to gather. For one-night only, Kiehl’s transformed a VIP deck into a celebratory salon for Open Doors, its year-round LGBTQIA+ initiative, bringing together artists and advocates (with hosts including LadyLand founder Ladyfag, Soak Studios creative director Bobbi Salvör Menuez, and entrepreneur Michelle Violy Harper) before Kim Petras’s headlining set. The icing on the rainbow cake? A $150,000 gift to the Ali Forney Center for its continuing work providing life-saving resources to LGBTQIA+ youth.

The Scene: High above the crowds at Under the K Bridge Park, Soak Studios transformed LadyLand’s VIP deck into an intimate oasis overlooking the festival’s main stage. As the sun dipped below the New York skyline, guests gathered for cocktails before Kim Petras’s headlining performance, trading hugs and cocktails against a backdrop of pulsing, Pride weekend bass.

The Crowd: Hosts Ladyfag, Michelle Violy Harper, and Bobbi Salvör Menuez; Ali Forney Center CEO Alex Roque; Kiehl’s leadership John Reed and Guillaume Monsel; actors Elliot Page and Lio Mehiel; musician Star Amerasu; stylist Nikita Vlassenco; models Ella Snyder and Jackie Shuyatan; filmmaker Quinn Whitney Wilson; designers Zoe Gustavia Anna Whalen, Miss Claire Sullivan and Zaldy; chef Giovanni Luciano; culture tastemakers Blizzy McGuire, Aimee France, and Joel Hilario; photographer Richie Shazam; writers Ludwig Hurtado, Emil Weinstein and Michael Cuby; artists Arewa Basit and Buffy Sierra; organizer Eliel Cruz; nightlife impresario Linux; and performers mthrrrtsa and Cherry Jaymes.

What You Missed: The blockbuster delivery of Kiehl’s $150,000 gift to the Ali Forney Center, which will benefit its broad portfolio of programming across LGBTQ+ advocacy, youth development, and homelessness support. The evening also honored the brand’s continued partnership with the Ali Forney Center and its 2026 Love Is Natural campaign, reinforcing a commitment to showing up for the LGBTQIA+ community year-round.

Parting Gift: Guests departed with curated post-Pride recharge bags from Kiehl’s, complete with the brand’s newest sunscreen, artist-designed T-shirts inspired by the 2026 Pride campaign, and colorful keepsakes celebrating this year’s collaboration and the joyful ideologies of color.
