Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez’s second collection at Loewe underscores the house's trademark playfulness with a series of accessories filtered through the German artist's whimsical lens. Our favorite? The Whisker bag.

Whether it’s a pig sporting a holographic backpack or a shark swallowing down a gingham rocket, Cosima von Bonin’s sculptures prove that growing your CV doesn’t require growing up. That insistent playfulness made the German artist the perfect muse for Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez’s second collection as the creative directors of Loewe.

Von Bonin’s signature plush creatures punctuated the runway in Paris this past March and trickled into the line’s charms and accessories. The cheekiest of them all? The Whisker bag. Its floppy zipper and long tassels mimic ears and whiskers, injecting a dose of cute into the glazed calfskin construction, while a plaid inspired by von Bonin covers the slouched body in the brand’s signature leather intarsia technique, trailing up into a structured top and strap.

The best thing about this pet? It’s hypoallergenic, travels for free, and lives forever.
