Everyone needs a vacation, even Britain’s hardest-working heritage house. Burberry’s destination this summer? The Hamptons.

Founder Thomas Burberry’s early innovations, from pioneering gabardine to his iconic trench coat, established weatherproofing as a cornerstone of the brand’s identity. At Bridgehampton’s Topping Rose House, the brand is taking the chance to flex the Maison’s sunnier advancements, with ready-to-wear, on-site exclusives, and a full yellow check makeover available for this weekend only.

A Polo Gallery presents piqué polo shirts in more than 20 colors, checks line bikinis and sandals, and cashmere scarves have been updated with a custom label depicting the Hamptons coastline. The limited-edition yellow House Check also shows up on branded cars available for guests headed to nearby beaches and towns. Rest assured, the shop still stocks a full range of womenswear, menswear, and childrens items, including signature outerwear, lightweight jackets, House Check accessories, and a special offering of Winter 2026 pieces for those already looking forward to the chillier months.

The takeover arrives as Burberry’s Cotswolds bag has begun landing on the arms (and in the gift bags) of the well-coiffed shopper. Launched in May ahead of the summer season, the style represents a particularly potent translation of the house’s countryside codes, extended through the Bridgehampton pop-up.

The weekend’s festivities extend beyond the hotel to Dreamy Coffee Co., a coffee airstream set up at Round Swamp Farm in East Hampton. Drinks come in the same sunny yellow print, while a specially selected iced London Fog takes over the menu—a slice of British heritage available all-weekend long.
