From Abstract Expressionist homages to a million-dollar Statue of Liberty, the Hamptons Fine Art Fair and Jewelry Show are bringing head-turning fare out East this July.

Returning for its 20th season from July 9–12, the Hamptons Fine Art Fair is expected to bring more than 10,000 art aficionados to one Southampton address this summer. The sprawling fair will be toasting America’s semiquincentennial amid works by hundreds of artists, ranging from 20th-century masters to global contemporary voices.

Before one hits the booths or the sculpture garden, the drama begins at the entrance: a 10-foot model of the Statue of Liberty valued at $1 million is on display. It’s the last available proof from the original plaster of Fédéric Auguste Bartholdi’s New York Harbor masterpiece.

In honor of the U.S.’s big 250, red, white, and blue will be an unsurprising constant throughout the fair’s latest edition. That patriotism comes with a wink via “The British Are Coming… Again,” a curated selection of leading U.K. galleries. Elsewhere, “Trailblazers of Hamptons Abstraction” pays homage to the Abstract Expressionist visionaries of the ’50s to ’70s, and the East End as their creative catalyst.

After the fair, festivities continue with the second edition of the Hamptons Jewelry Show from July 23–26. The showcase, open to all fair attendees, brings together East End–minded stylings, select timepieces, and a roster of jewelers from Greece to Japan. Want to get excited? Last year’s inaugural edition saw over $500 million in jewelry on view. This year, you’ll just have to come out to see.
