Coco Chanel once said, "Elegance does not consist in putting on a new dress," but podcast host Eileen Kelly tested that resolve this Paris Fashion Week in a classic tweed number from the late designer's eponymous house.
Usually found serving up advice on her podcast, Going Mental, or blog, Killer and a Sweet Thang, the "Dr. Ruth of the 21st Century" arrived at the house's Paris Fashion Week showing in a look that perfectly captures the digital powerhouse's playful yet poised style.
Conceived by Chanel's design team as the house awaits the arrival of new creative director, Matthieu Blazy, next month, the Fall/Winter 2025/26 collection played with proportion as oversized pearls, bows, and collars flounced down the Grand Palais runway yesterday. Tulle, however, dominated the show, thrown over tweed suiting or cascading out from under mini skirts.
Capturing it all courtside was Kelly, this week acting as a CULTURED correspondent in Paris. As she strutted through the house’s dreamy, larger-than-life world, the podcaster brought the magazine along to get ready, get set, and go all-in on Chanel.
