With a slate of museum parties on the horizon, the newly renovated Gansevoort Hotel in NYC's Meatpacking District emerges as a standout destination. Fresh from a four-year renovation and celebrating its 20th anniversary, the hotel now features a sophisticated members-only club, a new restaurant, and a refreshed rooftop.

Nestled in the historic Meatpacking District since it opened its doors in 2004, the Gansevoort houses 186 rooms that capture the neighborhood's historic charm. Despite being steps away from the Whitney Museum, the hotel has a formidable selection of works on view throughout the premises, with contributions by Banksy, Richard Hambleton, and Hassan Hajjaj in the lobby, and Mick Rock and Frank Stella works in the hotel's new presidential suite, the Poliform Penthouse.

New Yorkers in need of a staycation can also access the hotel’s renovated perks through their membership opportunity that launched last year, called the Seven24 Collective, where you can access the hotel's social coworking space and new 70s-themed club called DIMES alongside fitness center and rooftop.

Also, there's a new restaurant in partnership with Leica Gallery's director Paris Chong called Le Coin that features original photography from artists, including Jesse Diamond, Dominique Crenn, Kwaku Alston, and Cheriss May. Le Coin serves dishes crafted by Executive Chef Sebastien Chaoui, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Paris and coastal France. In this era of restaurant meets gallery, guests can even have the opportunity to buy photographs from a signature menu.

Whether you're drawn to the art collection or the Seven24 Collective membership, the Gansevoort is setting itself up to be NYC’s ultimate social hub—equal parts legacy and edge.
