Aspen, where snowy peaks meet adrenaline-packed competition, is in full bloom—and the St. Regis Aspen Resort stands at the epicenter of it all. This season, the resort not only hosted North America's premier snow polo event but also unveiled its latest indulgence: the Paradis Suite.
Returning for its twelfth year, the snow polo championship unfolded against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Sopris. The high-octane sport, which merges polo with winter sports on snow and ice, saw The Agency take home the win, with Grant Ganzi leading the charge to secure his third consecutive Most Valuable Player title. The team bested the St. Regis squad in a thrilling match, as a glittering crowd—including Olympic gold medalist Shaun White and actors Riley Keough, Rebel Wilson, and Anna Kendrick—looked on in style.
After the final chukker, the St. Regis revealed its latest gem: the Paradis Suite, a stunning tribute to the richness of Hennessy Paradis Cognac. Inspired by its complex tasting notes, this exclusive suite spares no detail. Guests are treated to a dining room stocked with premium Hennessy liquid, defined by its deep copper color, silky texture, and persistent finish. The cognac, which was created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979 as a tribute to symphonic music, even pairs well with the living room, which boasts a Steinway Spirio Cast baby grand piano and artwork by Mathilde Nivet, who is best known for her intricate paper creations. Nivet’s work has graced the windows of fashion houses like Hermès, Bulgari, and CHANEL, making it feel right at home amid the opulent suite.
For the ultimate indulgence, guests staying in the Paradis Suite can also savor a bespoke dining experience by Chef Buğra Keleş, featuring glamorous delights like caviar, aged duck, foie gras, and wagyu. With a legacy rooted in polo dating back to the early 1900s, the St. Regis Aspen continues to offer a fitting respite for hedonists and athletes alike.
