Before America's unofficial holiday break came to an end, the leading lights of Aspen's cultural scene converged for the Aspen Art Museum's exclusive Slopeside Soirée, an event benefitting the museum’s curatorial and educational programs. The theme? Aurora Borealis.

With the snow-dusted peaks as a backdrop, more than 300 guests mingled last week on the museum's Rooftop Café to enjoy cocktails, bites of caviar, and the spirit of creativity—all to support Aspen’s premier cultural institution alongside sponsors including Moncler and CULTURED.

Art collectors, philanthropists, and creatives, including artist Victoria Brito, events producer Cathy Guetta, and model Sailor Brinkley-Cook, danced into the night, enjoying the music of chart-topping performer Cedric Gervais, with an opening set by Natti.

Mingling over sparkling drinks and hors d’oeuvres, attendees explored the Aspen Art Museum’s current exhibitions by sculptor Ugo Rondinone and photographer Heji Shin while learning more about the educational initiatives benefiting from the event, such as the Youth Art Expo, which helps ensure that art remains accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for residents, students, and visitors alike.

As the evening drew to a close, event co-chairs Alexander Hankin, Sterling McDavid, and Makenzie Moon Phelan sent their guests off with heartfelt farewells beneath the starry mountain sky.
