Gastronomy, art, and design collided yesterday during a spirited panel discussion at hospitality kingpin Jean-Georges's Miami Tropic Residences.

The Art Week event, hosted by CULTURED and real estate development company Terra Group, featured the renowned chef, design duo Glenn Pushelberg and George Yabu, architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, and Terra's CEO David Martin in conversation with Editor-in-Chief Sarah Harrelson, who moderated the star-studded panel.

In honor of Art Basel Miami Beach, panelists delved into how gastronomy, spatial design, and architectural vision intersect, providing attendees with a multidimensional exploration of creative industries. Fort-Brescia, founding principal of Arquitectonica, highlighted his firm's global projects spanning 59 countries, while Martin provided context about the Miami Tropic development, which fuses real estate innovation with artistic vision. Jean-Georges has been closely involved in the planning for every aspect of the building. In addition to being his first creation of a residential experience, Miami Tropic will offer the first luxury condominiums located steps away from Miami’s coveted Design District.

After exchanging a plethora of ideas and insights, guests migrated to The Sales Gallery's tropical terrace for ginger margaritas, Jean-Georges-approved bites, and a much-needed cultural digest.
